MERIDIANS LLC sells 100% digital services. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.
How services are delivered
- Websites and Shopify stores are built and delivered directly on your own platform account (Shopify, hosting or website builder), or as files if agreed.
- SEO audits are delivered as a PDF report by email, followed by a review call.
- Banners and graphics are delivered as PNG/JPG exports and editable source files, by email or through a shared folder link.
When you receive your order
- Order confirmation: sent by email immediately after checkout.
- Brief: we send you a short project brief by email within 1 business day of your order.
- Delivery time: counted in business days (Monday to Friday) from the day we receive your completed brief and content:

Revision rounds happen after the first delivery and are not counted in these times.
Delays
If a delivery is going to be late for reasons on our side, we tell you by email before the due date with a new date. If we cannot deliver at all, you are refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
