Online, in US dollars, through our secure Shopify checkout. Fixed packages are paid in full at checkout. Custom projects start with a 50% deposit and the balance is paid before the final handover.

After payment we send you a short brief by email. Work starts once we have your answers and content, and we confirm the start date in writing.

Each package lists its delivery time in business days, counted from the day your brief and content are received. Custom projects follow the timeline in the written quote.

Most packages include 2 revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra rounds or new features are quoted before any work is done.

Third-party costs: domain names, hosting, your Shopify plan, paid apps, paid themes and stock images. Copywriting is not included unless it is agreed in writing.

Everything is digital. Files are sent by email or shared folder, and websites are delivered directly on your own platform account. Nothing is shipped.

Yes, in full if you cancel before work starts. After that, refunds depend on the work already done. The full rules are in our refund & cancellation policy.

Once the order is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. Details are in our terms of service.
